I went to Shiten-nouji Temple.
The temple is quite old, but the buildings are not so old.
The temple was built almost 1400 years before.
After that, the buildings were reduced to ashes several times. But every time people have tried to rebuild their buildings.

The have the architects of their own, and they convey the building technology from the old days, and continued to repair the building.

I went the Kobe forest Botanical Garden on May 2nd.

I have found its rhododendrons are quite large and beautiful.

The last piciture is the handkerchief tree, which flowers are looks like a handkerchief.

Following the Taimadera temple, I visited the Shakkouji Temple.

You may see the stone pillarin front of the Shakkouji Temple.

I think these are America's peonys. Most of the flowers are buds. We must wait them to bloom for a while..

There is the  bell tower and the statues of Buddｈa in the garden.

Peonys were in full bloom.

There were several rhododendron in the backyard.

I went the Taima temple following the Senjyukuji temple on that day.
In fact, I did not know that this temple is very old and valuable.

It was founded in 612, the era of Empress Suiko. The Principal idol was Maitreya, the (national treasure) originally, but they have changed the principal image Taima Mandala (national treasure) in the Heian period.

There are many national treasures, such as the bell tower and east and west towers.

Above flowers are located in the garden of the Nakanoboh.

The yellow Rhododendrons are rare.

I went Senjyukuji Temple at Gosyo-City in Nara.

Above is the entrance of the Senjyukuji Temple.

Entering the gate, you will find the azeleas and the peonys.

There is a small garden in the house close to the entrance. We may find the axeleas, the peonies and other flosers in the garden.

The azeleas are very big, almost 2m high.

Inside the garden there is a pond, which we can not see from the garden.

We may find several Rhododendrons in the garden behind the temple.

There are several colors of the Rhododendrons.

The Senjyukuji temple was built in 725. The famous priest, Gyoki built this temple.
